1. Add authorized source content

An operator imports a long video or an authorized YouTube source. The clip desk creates a word-timed transcript. You must have the rights needed for processing and the intended campaign use.

  2. Find and review moments

AI-assisted discovery proposes candidate excerpts. A person reviews their meaning, context and boundaries, then approves or rejects them. Available candidates can be reviewed while optional analysis continues.

  3. Prepare the short-form video

Save a recipe for the approved moment: trim, framing, captions and an opening headline where appropriate. Request a render to create the MP4. Saving a recipe alone does not create a file.

  4. Release assets for a campaign

A manager defines the brief, requirements and terms, then explicitly releases selected finished clips with rights evidence. A successful render is not permission to distribute it.

  5. Publish and submit

Participating clippers can download permitted assets, publish on their own accounts and submit post links. Optional Instagram publishing requires a separate explicit request to an authorized connected account.

  6. Review available evidence

Managers review submissions and available provider observations. Exact publication receipts, metrics and reward records have separate requirements; unavailable evidence is not presented as a verified result.
